Eli is responsible for business development, where he identifies strategic accounts and develops relationships that endure for years. In addition, he reviews, vets, and provides documentation for new bid opportunities, and helps build and maintain our Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) Business Partner relationships.

Expertise

Throughout his career, Eli has excelled at sales and business development in the communications and fiber optic industry. As a sales leader, he was responsible for developing and growing his sales team to $150 million in revenue in two years. He was also a manufacturer’s representative in the industry for many years, where he secured the largest fiber optic project to date in the area ($36 million).

Eli worked his way up from inside sales to VP through his tenacity and can-do attitude. He focuses on ensuring that his customers are satisfied with the work and that ConCor goes above and beyond in its customer service.

The Personal Side

Eli enjoys working in the yard and chasing after his three grandchildren.
